This policy applies to Synap1e web properties and apps. It explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it.
2. Data we collect
Depending on product usage, we may collect account identifiers, support communication, usage telemetry, and app-specific content required to provide core functionality.
3. How we use data
We use data to operate services, improve reliability, answer support requests, detect abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Data retention and deletion
We retain data only as long as needed for product operation, legal compliance, and user support. Deletion requests are handled through support channels.
5. App-specific addendum
HeartCure addendum
HeartCure reads heart rate variability, heart rate, and sleep metrics from Apple Health solely to deliver readiness scores, mood correlations, and personalized wellness guidance. All processing occurs on-device using Apple's Foundation Models framework. No biometric or emotional data is transmitted to external servers. You can revoke Apple Health permissions at any time from iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Health. Mood check-in entries and session history are stored locally and can be deleted from within the app.
