Depending on product usage, we may collect account identifiers, support communication, usage telemetry, and app-specific content required to provide core functionality.

We use data to operate services, improve reliability, answer support requests, detect abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Data retention and deletion

We retain data only as long as needed for product operation, legal compliance, and user support. Deletion requests are handled through support channels.

5. App-specific addenda

FocusFlow addendum

FocusFlow stores session history and routine preferences to provide weekly progress insights. Data can be removed from in-app settings.

TrailNote addendum

TrailNote may process geolocation metadata to map journeys. You can disable location permissions at any time without account penalties.

SnapScan addendum

SnapScan processes document images for enhancement and OCR. Source files are encrypted at rest and can be permanently deleted by the user.

Sumwise addendum

Sumwise is designed around on-device storage for receipts, statements, and finance insights. No account is required for core app usage.
