By accessing Synap1e products, you agree to these terms and all referenced policies. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Permitted use
You may use Synap1e services only in compliance with applicable laws and these terms. You may not misuse service infrastructure or attempt unauthorized access.
3. Subscription and billing
Paid features, if any, are governed by pricing presented in-product or on the app store. Platform billing policies from Apple and Google apply where relevant.
4. Intellectual property
Synap1e, related marks, and all product content are owned by Synap1e or its licensors. These terms do not grant ownership rights to users.
5. Warranty disclaimer
Services are provided on an as-is basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Synap1e is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
