Cozy Nook Terms of Use

1. Scope
These terms supplement the Synap1e Terms of Service for Cozy Nook. These app-specific terms control where they are more specific. Cozy Nook is in development; feature availability may vary by build.
2. Your artwork and imported content
Your original creative contributions remain yours. You must have permission to import or share content. Synap1e and its licensors retain rights in the app, branding and supplied templates or assets. Creating or exporting a painting does not transfer ownership of underlying third-party content or grant rights beyond its applicable license.
3. Local storage, backups and Apple services
Keep independent editable backups of important paintings. Image exports do not preserve editable project history. Local saving, iCloud synchronization and exports are separate operations; availability, storage limits and network conditions can affect Apple services. Recently Deleted is a recovery feature, not confirmation of permanent erasure of every copy. No uninterrupted synchronization or loss-free storage guarantee is made.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
If paid features are offered, Apple processes billing. The price, billing period and any eligible trial terms are shown before confirmation. Subscriptions renew under the terms presented by Apple unless cancelled through your Apple account. Manage subscriptions and refund requests using Apple’s controls. No specific price, trial or subscription offering is promised by this page.
5. Appropriate use
Use the app lawfully and respect others’ rights. Cozy Nook is a creative activity, not medical advice or treatment, and does not promise a health outcome. Do not use imports or sharing to distribute content you are not authorized to use.
