Do I need AirPods to use SitBloom?
No. You can use the device camera for on-device posture monitoring. Compatible AirPods provide an alternative head-motion monitoring mode when connected and supported by iOS.
Does SitBloom save or upload camera images?
No. Camera frames are processed on-device for posture signals and are not saved, uploaded, used for identification, or shared with Synap1e.
What can I use before subscribing?
Every user gets one private two-minute posture sample after onboarding. The earned result remains visible in Garden, while SitBloom Pro unlocks unlimited monitoring and deeper history.
How does the free trial work?
Eligible new subscribers may receive a three-day introductory trial on the weekly or annual plan. SitBloom shows current eligibility, price, renewal period, and terms from the App Store before purchase.
How do I restore, manage, or cancel SitBloom Pro?
Use Restore Purchases inside SitBloom to recover an eligible subscription. Manage or cancel through iOS Settings, your Apple Account, then Subscriptions.
